This green smoothie leans on cucumber and spinach for hydration and fiber, with green apple and lemon to keep it crisp and refreshing. A small knob of ginger adds a gentle kick and supports digestion.

- 1 green apple , cored
- 0.5 cucumber
- 1 cup coconut water
- 0.5 inch fresh ginger
- 1 tbsp lemon juice

Add the spinach, apple, cucumber, coconut water, ginger, and lemon juice to a blender.

Blend on high until completely smooth, about a minute, adding a splash more coconut water to thin if needed.
