Berry Overnight Oats
A no-cook, fiber-rich breakfast you stir together at night and eat cold in the morning.
Overnight oats are the easiest way to wake up to a ready-made breakfast. Rolled oats soak in milk and a spoon of chia overnight, softening into a creamy, spoonable bowl packed with gut-friendly fiber. Top with fresh berries for a bright, naturally sweet start to the day.
