Lemon Garlic Baked Salmon

Ingredients

Salmon

  • 4 salmon fillets , about 6 oz each
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 garlic cloves , minced
  • 1 lemon , sliced
  • 0.5 tsp salt
  • 2 tbsp fresh dill , chopped

Method

    Heat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment.

    Pat the salmon dry, set it on the sheet, and brush with olive oil mixed with the minced garlic and salt.

    Lay lemon slices over the fillets and bake until the salmon flakes easily with a fork.

    Scatter fresh dill over the top and serve with extra lemon.

Notes

The salmon is done when the thickest part reaches 125–130°F and turns opaque.
