Lemon Garlic Baked Salmon
Omega-3-rich salmon fillets roasted with lemon, garlic, and herbs in under 20 minutes.
A weeknight dinner that feels special: salmon fillets are brushed with garlic and olive oil, brightened with lemon, and baked until just flaky. Salmon is one of the best sources of omega-3 fats, which support heart and brain health.

- 4 salmon fillets , about 6 oz each
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 3 garlic cloves , minced
- 1 lemon , sliced
- 0.5 tsp salt
- 2 tbsp fresh dill , chopped

Heat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment.

Pat the salmon dry, set it on the sheet, and brush with olive oil mixed with the minced garlic and salt.

Lay lemon slices over the fillets and bake until the salmon flakes easily with a fork.

Notes
The salmon is done when the thickest part reaches 125–130°F and turns opaque.
